I am a parent of a recent graduate from the Robbinsdale school district. I have lived in the Robbinsdale school district since  2009.

I am a member of the InterSchool Council (ISC) for Robbinsdale School district.

I am a member of Emerging  Brooklyn Center, which is a group of residents and city officials working together to improve the city in the areas of health resources, business, and safety. 

 

I have been a teacher since 2001 and actively participant in our union. I currently co-chair the Special Education Labor Management committee and I am on the restorative practices committee. I was a lead negotiator during the 2021-2023 teacher contract for Minneapolis Public Schools.
